Hey everyone,
I know I have been missing forever and a day, and you all probably thought I had abandoned the blog. I haven’t….I just been really caught up in a few different life events, and had to put blogging on the back burner for a little bit. I also discovered that after those events had taken place, I was stalling on posting again because I was wondering to myself whether or not I’d even remember how to do it. After a talk with my boyfriend though, I came to the realization that there is only one way to find out: just do it! So thank you all for your patience and sticking with me during such a long hiatus. I will try not to let it happen again…now back to our regularly scheduled posting =)
Today’s feature is a pretty large and stylish tote. The design is not for the faint of heart and if you are scared of color, I suggest you back away slowly. I searched the internet high and low to try to find the proper shade of green to describe this beauty. The closest thing I could find was a medium spring green [if any of you know the exact name of this green, please lend a helping hand]. Its bright and very spring/summery, [not that the fact that we are pretty much out of both of those seasons would deter me at all from wearing it right now] and simply beautiful.
The front panel of this purse features alternating studs: one row of circular studs, followed by one row of conical studs, both in gold of course. It has two side pockets, which actual ‘loop and buckle’ closures which you actually have to operate to open the pockets. The main compartment is secured by a zipper as well as a studded flap with a magnetic closure. This main compartment is comprised of two sections, separated by a very convenient zippered section for more personal items. Both sections are quite spacious, enough for me to hold a good book and even lose a bottle of water in. One side has a smaller zipper compartment inside the lining, while the other side has two open pockets. The inside of this tote is a floral print, which is really pretty and appears to be of very good quality. My only caution with this bag is not to overfill it. It has so much space for everything you would want to carry that if you’re not careful your purse will end up weighing a ton [I did say I lost my water bottle in it, didn’t I?! Yep its that big]
This purse was originally $ 88 but I got it for $ 32 at Ross. Hope you like
Thank you all so much for stopping by. Please leave me a comment and let me know what you all think. Love you guys and talk to you soon!! [PSA: Giveaway coming up next! So stay tuned!]
Love the bag, but can’t say what colour it is. Sometimes look like aquamarine. Doesn’t matter. Its a nice bag which I surely am not afraid to wear. Lol.
So glad you like it!
