You know, everytime I decide that I have too much Bath and Body Works, and I am NOT buying one more thing, its like the company hears me and comes out with a brand new collection. Sometimes I come across them, and they don’t capture my interest enough to have me rushing out to the store, or pressing the ‘order now’ buttons, but there are other times [like this one] when they just catch me, and before I know it the UPS guy is dropping my package at the door!!

BBW recently released a new spring collection, inspired by the elements of a perfect spring day: sun, air and sky. They seem to have a knack for naming and capturing the essence of their scents. These scents are awesome. The ‘sky’ scent is a fresher scent, while the ‘sun’ and ‘air’ scents are sweeter in smell. Just to give you an idea of the scents, I’ll list the scent notes in each one:

Sky- violet blooms, bergamot, pink pepper, lily petals, sandalwood

Sun- pink magnolia, golden apricot, peony, vanilla, cassis nectar

Air- green pear, gardenia, narcissus leaf, mandarin, white musk

I loved the description of these products so much, that I picked up most of the product line. To make them even more irresistible, all the products were $6 each [if you order from BBW you know most of their products are around $11-$12.50], and I had a coupon for 20% off my entire order plus free shipping. Now isn’t that a deal?! I couldn’t help myself.  I bought the shower gels, body sprays, and triple moisture body creams for each scent.

BBW is also unveiling a beautiful new scent called ‘Mad About You’. Its a sweet, yet fresh scent. Its not too overpowering, jut enough to make you feel all nice and girly, without being too juvenile. It has notes of black currant, cassis, vanilla musk, ginger lily, peony, pink jasmine, amber wood and white patchouli. I bought the preview size limited edition eau de toilette, which was n sale for $4, instead of the regular listing price of $ 8.50.

Apparently, something must have the owners of BBW in a very good and generous mood, because they gave me 2 FREE GIFTS! And really large free gifts at that. They gave me a 3-wick candle in Eucalyptus Mint [usually $ 22] and a Kitchen Lemon gentle foaming hand soap free with my order. There was no minimum purchase for either one. You just had to add the candle to your shopping cart if you wanted it, and the soap was automatically shipped out with every order. Talk about yay!!
